Split backend plugins from backend instances

Only create the player when starting the instance

Redo PluginManager to support multiple plugin paths

On unix the path could be in /usr/lib if the player is installed
or a local path otherwise. This path should be made configurable
when settings are added.

Add unix icon and desktop entry

Add all the required unix install commands/paths

Add missing include
